Jay Milo born in New Jersey on January 2, 1930 moved to Canarsie, Brooklyn, as a small child, moved to San Francisco in 1948 and have lived in Palm Desert since 1998.
I love this area because it gives me wonderful access to natures beautiful creatures and flowers. In my early travel years took many pictures with a Canon Camera. I received my Nikon Camera for my 80 birthday and have been taking much better pictures since then.
We have a wonderful group of Hummingbirds that come and feed everyday during their season here in California and I make a couple of batches of food a day in 3 feeders for them. They have become accustomed to me wondering around with my camera, and sometimes pose for me , which you will see in some of these pictures. I enjoy this as a hobby and have given many of my photos to friends either framed or as greeting cards, and if per chance someone likes a picture well enough to buy I would be totally amazed and honored.
