This iconic designed home was the second home to Bob and Delores Hope and family, when they were not living in Toluca Lake, California. It is situated on a mountain top with viiew of the whole Coachella Valley, Palm Springs to Indio. It is unique in design and size, being the largest home in this area. It was put on the market in 2013 and the price was dropped recently to $24.9 million . It was built in 1980 by architect John Lautner. It has been used for large gathering, with the homes maximum capacity listed at 300 persons.
